Open Door Technology Inc. is a certified implementation and development partner for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. They have proven software solutions on a number of vertical products such as Rental Management and Customer Care, business process reviews, project management, implementation services, development resources, training, and support services.

Business Need

  • Open Door has many clients across Canada and United states using their Customer care and Rental Management product which was built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0
  • Considering the release of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 into the North American market, Open door wanted to upgrade their products to NAV 5.0 which will give their clients to use the rich features of NAV 5.0 and also in line with the latest releases of Microsoft.
  • So open door decided to upgrade their Customer care and Rental Management product in NAV ver. 5.0
