The Microsoft Dynamics practice at Techconet focuses on the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics range of enterprise applications (NAV, AX and CRM). The implementation of an Integrated Business Solution has a huge impact on the People and Processes that constitute an Organization. Precision Techconet follows a 'Best Practices' driven approach - the "Precision A2E Methodology"- for the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics range of ERPs. This assists the Customers in managing this 'Change'.
The implementation Methodology is customized for the customer based on their Business & their needs. The implementation process involves various phases-
- Preparatory Phase - The process commences with a Preparatory phase which will form the foundation for a successful implementation. During this phase, key personnel are identified and a high level roadmap is developed that is used throughout the implementation. The plan would involve definition of tasks, responsibilities and timelines for the implementation.
- Analysis Phase - The Preparatory phase is followed by the Analysis phase where the business requirements and the future growth plans are understood and the areas of improvement are identified which in-turn is mapped to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This phase enables Precision Techconet with an understanding of the customer's business and the technology environment.
- Build Phase - The business needs are mapped and the customizations major or minor (if required) are built into Microsoft Dynamics NAV during the Build phase.
- Coach Phase - This is the most critical phase of the implementation where the Key Users will be provided training on the product and this would be followed by a technical training to the IT team. By the end of the Coach phase the users are familiar with the application, the processes and usage of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Deploy Phase - During the Deploy phase the product is rolled out to the users and they start entering live data in the application. Migration of past data is carried in parallel to the roll out of the application.
- Enable Phase - This phase involves assistance to the Customer for leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics NAV application and for ensuring smooth running of the business.
