Time & Material

This model involves deployment of resources based on the needs and managing the team to deliver the desired solution, where the billing is done based on the actual amount of time spent by the project team.

Fixed Price

In this approach, the engagement is scoped out right in the beginning and a fixed price is quoted for the engagement based on the deliverables.

Upon clear understanding of the Business Requirements Techconet develops the System Requirements Specifications (SRS) and will provide the time frame and Budget for the project. After mutual consent of project estimation and work schedule, the project implementation phase will begin.
